Le service
Al-Mohafidh aide à lire, mémoriser et réviser le Coran en écoutant la récitation. La reconnaissance vocale et les signalements de fautes peuvent se tromper : vérifiez un doute dans le Mushaf ou auprès d’un enseignant qualifié. L’application ne remplace ni un enseignant ni un avis religieux.
Compte
Un compte avec une adresse e-mail vérifiée est nécessaire. Il est personnel et s’utilise sur un appareil à la fois. Vous êtes responsable de l’accès à votre compte. Les moins de 15 ans utilisent l’application avec l’accord d’un parent.
Essai, quota gratuit et abonnement
- Offre de lancement : un compte créé au plus tard le 31 décembre 2026 a 2 mois de correction illimitée et gratuite à partir de son inscription, sans moyen de paiement ni prélèvement. Ensuite, 20 minutes de correction par jour restent gratuites. Les 2 mois comptent à partir de la première utilisation sur le téléphone ou avec l’adresse e-mail : un nouveau compte ne les redonne pas.
- Un compte créé à partir du 1er janvier 2027 a 14 jours de correction illimitée à l’inscription. Ensuite, 20 minutes de correction par jour restent gratuites.
- L’abonnement « Illimité » supprime cette limite. Il est proposé au mois, pour 6 mois ou à l’année, au prix affiché dans l’application avant l’achat, toutes taxes comprises.
- Le paiement est fait par Google Play, sur votre compte Google. L’abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement pour la même durée, sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
- Vous pouvez résilier à tout moment dans Google Play (Abonnements) ou depuis l’application (Profil, « Gérer mon abonnement »). L’accès reste ouvert jusqu’à la fin de la période déjà payée.
- En lançant l’abonnement, vous demandez que le service commence tout de suite. Les remboursements suivent les règles de Google Play ; pour une demande, écrivez-nous aussi à support@almohafidh.com.
- Supprimer le compte ne résilie pas l’abonnement Google Play : pensez à le résilier dans Google Play.
- Si un prix change, Google Play vous prévient avant qu’il ne s’applique, et vous pouvez résilier.
Utilisation correcte
Il est interdit de contourner le quota, la licence ou les protections de l’application, de la décompiler pour en extraire les contenus, ou de partager un compte. En cas d’abus, l’accès peut être suspendu.
Contenus
Les contenus de tiers utilisés par l’application sont crédités dans l’application : Paramètres, À propos, Licences. Le texte du Coran n’est jamais modifié et ne doit pas être présenté hors de son contexte.
Données
Les traitements de données sont décrits dans la politique de confidentialité. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte et toutes ses données depuis le Profil.
Disponibilité et responsabilité
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour que le service fonctionne sans interruption, sans pouvoir le garantir. Rien dans ces conditions ne limite vos droits de consommateur prévus par la loi.
Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont soumises au droit français. En cas de litige, vous pouvez recourir gratuitement à un médiateur de la consommation ou à la plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges.

The service
Al-Mohafidh helps you read, memorise and review the Quran by listening to your recitation. Speech recognition and mistake reports can be wrong: check uncertain passages in the Mushaf or with a qualified teacher. The app does not replace a teacher or religious advice.
Account
An account with a verified e-mail address is required. It is personal and used on one device at a time. You are responsible for access to your account. Children under 15 use the app with a parent’s agreement.
Trial, free quota and subscription
- Launch offer: an account created by 31 December 2026 gets 2 months of free unlimited correction from its sign-up, with no payment method and no charge. After that, 20 minutes of correction a day remain free. The 2 months count from the first use on the phone or with the e-mail address: a new account does not give them again.
- An account created from 1 January 2027 gets 14 days of unlimited correction when it signs up. After that, 20 minutes of correction a day remain free.
- The “Unlimited” subscription removes this limit. It is offered monthly, for 6 months or yearly, at the price shown in the app before purchase, taxes included.
- Payment is made through Google Play, on your Google account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Subscriptions) or from the app (Profile, “Manage my subscription”). Access stays open until the end of the period already paid.
- By starting the subscription, you ask for the service to begin immediately. Refunds follow Google Play’s rules; for a request, you can also write to support@almohafidh.com.
- Deleting the account does not cancel the Google Play subscription: remember to cancel it in Google Play.
- If a price changes, Google Play informs you before it applies, and you can cancel.
Fair use
You may not bypass the quota, the licence or the app’s protections, decompile it to extract its content, or share an account. In case of abuse, access may be suspended.
Content
Third-party content used by the app is credited in the app: Settings, About, Licences. The Quran text is never altered and must not be presented out of context.
Data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and all its data from Profile.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but cannot guarantee it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform.

الخدمة
يساعدك «المحفّظ» على قراءة القرآن وحفظه ومراجعته من خلال الاستماع إلى تلاوتك. قد يخطئ التعرّف على الصوت والتنبيه إلى الأخطاء: تحقّق من المواضع المشكوك فيها في المصحف أو مع معلّم مؤهل. التطبيق لا يغني عن المعلّم ولا عن الاستشارة الدينية.
الحساب
يلزم حساب ببريد إلكتروني مؤكَّد. الحساب شخصي ويُستخدم على جهاز واحد في الوقت نفسه. أنت مسؤول عن الوصول إلى حسابك. من هم دون 15 عامًا يستخدمون التطبيق بموافقة أحد الوالدين.
الفترة التجريبية والحصة المجانية والاشتراك
- عرض الإطلاق: يحصل الحساب المنشأ حتى 31 ديسمبر 2026 على شهرين من التصحيح غير المحدود مجانًا ابتداءً من تسجيله، دون وسيلة دفع ودون أي اقتطاع. بعد ذلك تبقى 20 دقيقة تصحيح يوميًا مجانية. يُحسب الشهران من أول استخدام على الهاتف أو بعنوان البريد الإلكتروني، ولا يعيدهما إنشاء حساب جديد.
- يحصل الحساب المنشأ ابتداءً من 1 يناير 2027 على 14 يومًا من التصحيح غير المحدود عند التسجيل، ثم تبقى 20 دقيقة تصحيح يوميًا مجانية.
- يرفع اشتراك «غير محدود» هذا الحد. يُقدَّم شهريًا أو لستة أشهر أو سنويًا، بالسعر المعروض في التطبيق قبل الشراء، شاملًا الضرائب.
- يتم الدفع عبر Google Play بحساب Google الخاص بك. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا للمدة نفسها ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الجارية.
- يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من Google Play (الاشتراكات) أو من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي، «إدارة اشتراكي»). يبقى الوصول مفتوحًا حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
- ببدء الاشتراك تطلب أن تبدأ الخدمة فورًا. تخضع المبالغ المستردّة لقواعد Google Play، ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على support@almohafidh.com.
- حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Google Play: تذكّر إلغاءه من Google Play.

الاستخدام السليم
لا يجوز التحايل على الحصة أو الترخيص أو حمايات التطبيق، ولا فكّ شيفرته لاستخراج محتواه، ولا مشاركة الحساب. وفي حال الإساءة قد يُعلَّق الوصول.
المحتوى
المحتوى المأخوذ من أطراف أخرى مذكور داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات، حول التطبيق، التراخيص. لا يُغيَّر النص القرآني أبدًا، ولا يجوز عرضه خارج سياقه.
البيانات
معالجة البيانات موضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية. يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناته من الملف الشخصي.
التوفّر والمسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لتعمل الخدمة دون انقطاع، دون أن نضمن ذلك. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من حقوقك القانونية بصفتك مستهلكًا.
القانون المطبَّق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون الفرنسي. وفي حال النزاع يمكنك اللجوء مجانًا إلى وسيط الاستهلاك أو إلى المنصة الأوروبية لتسوية النزاعات عبر الإنترنت.
